Terms

• The referral bonus will be credited to your bank account once the referred employee completes a tenure of 3 consecutive months with our organization.
• If the organization decides to discontinue the services of the new employee before the completion of 3 months (Probation Period), the referrer will not be eligible for the bonus amount.
• A candidate will be considered as referred in the below two cases :
  • The referred candidate must share their resume with either the HR department or the responsible authority and mention the Referral name in the email.
  • Any of our existing staff emails the resume of the referred candidate to either the HR department or the responsible authority through their official email id.
• In case the candidate approaches us through email/call/walk-in before being referred to, the referral will not be considered. Similarly if the responsible authority or the HR department approaches the candidate by another means before being referred, your referral will not be considered.
• The CV of the referred candidate must be sent to vrushti.patel@falconsolutions.co or contact@falconsolutions.co
• The referral bonus scheme is only applicable for candidates with 1+ year of experience. It is not applicable for freshers or trainees or interns.
• The referral bonus scheme is open to all except the HR and Recruitment department at Falcon.
• Above mentioned terms are subject to change without prior intimation.
